Our delivery services provide shipping through various partners within India and Internationally. Shipping partner is decided based on customer's location.

Standard delivery times are between 1-3 working days from the moment the order is processed and payment confirmed. International orders may take longer. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to the customer.

3. Express Delivery

Express delivery is available within Hyderabad for select items, providing delivery within 24 hours. Additional charges apply.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary according to the weight and size of the package. The charges will be communicated to the customer along with final pricing based on actuals provided by shipping partner.

5. Delivery Addresses

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. Ensure the address details are accurate to avoid any delays or undelivered packages.

6. Undelivered Packages

If the package is returned to us as undelivered, additional charges will apply to redeliver the package.

7. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email, phone or whatsapp. You may use this number to track your order’s status on our website or the courier’s site.

8. Package Damage

If your order is received damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately. Please provide photographic evidence, if possible.
